My work has always centered around supporting people, their systems, and their goals while bringing a sense of calm and clarity to busy lives.

Before becoming a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager, I spent years in high-level administrative roles within the legal field, where organization, confidentiality, and precision were essential. Those roles taught me how to manage complex workflows smoothly and keep operations on track, even in high-pressure environments.

I also spent several years working as a nanny & house manager for two professional life coaches. Being closely connected to their routines gave me a unique behind-the-scenes view of what it looks like to run a coaching business. I witnessed how they structured their time, managed their energy, communicated with clients, and built purposeful, values-driven lives. That experience deeply shaped the way I think about supporting entrepreneurs today. the work that coaches do is profound and i was deeply impacted by their support and wisdom. i value providing support with intention, balance, and systems that truly serve those principles.

Alongside that, I have a b.s. in psychology, first hand knowledge of running a business, and am a systemic thinker. I founded and ran my own nanny agency, where I built out the backend operations, created marketing and content, curated a full CRM, and managed the entire client + caregiver experience. the operations expertise I gained is now one of the biggest strengths I offer clients.

Today, I am pursuing my masters of arts in marriage & family therapy. my background in family systems helps to structure how I see business as systemic. I help entrepreneurs create structure, breathe easier, and operate from a place of stability rather than stress. My approach is grounded, supportive, and rooted in the belief that good systems make space for a balanced life.
